I am currently training to become a clinical supervisor and bring a number of years experience in counselling and psychotherapy in various settings.
My work has spanned across community counselling services, addiction rehabilitation, maternal mental health services, creative organisations and theatres. My theoretical approaches include Person-Centred, CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). If you are looking for a supervisor that has experience of working within varied organisational structures and uses an integrative approach where the client is always at the heart, we may be a good fit.
I work with the seven-eyed model which allows me to support you as a therapist to grow, develop and be gently challenged in your practice to ensure you feel competent and enthused in your clinical practice.
Your work with your clients is important and valuable. I aim to facilitate a space where you can bring your client work knowing that you will be met with respect, curiosity and guidance. A space that feels safe and free from fear of 'getting it wrong'. We are human and infallible, I am here to help you navigate your way through the challenging parts of the work and discover the areas in which you can continue to grow and shine as a therapist.
