Therapy is about the relationship; the relationship is the therapy. The connection we build as counsellor and client, that will be what determines the effectiveness of the therapy. Building that connection is different for each person. That is why I offer therapy in a diverse array of methods.

Face-to-Face

Sessions held in a private and comfortable space at my practice in East Dulwich.


Availability -

Wednesdays 8am-12pm

Fridays 8.30am - 3pm


Telephone

Sessions offered over the telephone. This may feel supportive if you find online calls challenging.

Wednesdays 3-5pm

Thursdays 1-5pm


Online

Sessions held on Zoom for those who have a busy schedule or prefer to be in a familiar environment.

Fees

Individual therapy sessions (50 mins) - £70

Couple therapy (pregnancy or baby loss clients only) - £90

Reduced fee (arts professionals referred through BAPAM only) - please contact me.
