"Look into your own heart because who looks outside, dreams, but who looks inside awakes" - Jane Austen
Therapy is about the relationship; the relationship is the therapy. The connection we build as counsellor and client, that will be what determines the effectiveness of the therapy. Building that connection is different for each person. That is why I offer therapy in a diverse array of methods.
In-person therapy sessions at my practice in East Dulwich.
Most effective taken weekly for at least 6 sessions and then can be reduced to fortnightly if that feels right for you.
Therapy via video platform or telephone as you prefer.
With no commute to a therapy room, you can choose the setting you wish to have your session in, helping you feel more relaxed.
Sessions taken across a pre-designed walk outdoors.
You may particularly enjoy this if you like walking in nature and prefer the idea of being 'side by side' with a therapist, rather than a more clinical approach of face to face.
